단도박 모임에 오신 것을 환영합니다. 회합은 GA 콤보북을 읽으면서 시작합니다.
그리고 “오늘 하루를 위하여”를 읽습니다.
Welcome to the Chapter of Korean Gamblers Anonymous. The meeting starts with the reading of the entire combo book followed by a reading from "A Day At A Time."
1. 이방에서 이야기 되었던 모든 것은 절대 밖으로 나가면 안 됩니다.
명심하십시오. “여기서 보고 듣고 한 것은 당신이 떠날 때 이방에 두고 가십시오.”
Whatever is said in the room must remain in the room. Remember: "Whom you see here, what you hear here, when you leave here, let it stay here."
2.회합 진행자는 누가 먼저 발표를 하고 싶은지 물어볼 수 있고 또는 자의로 발표자를 지명할 수도 있습니다. 발표하기 전에 자기의 영어이름과 성의 첫 알파벳(한국의 경우, 사는 동과 성)을 알려주시고 마지막으로 도박한 날짜를 말씀하십시오. 마지막으로 도박한 날짜는 마지막 도박 후 첫 단도박 모임에 나온 날짜로 합니다.
The Chairperson may ask for speakers , or call on members at his/her discretion. Before starting your therapy, please announce: your English first name with the first letter of your last name, and your clean date. Your clean date is the date of your first meeting after the completion of your last bet.
3.현재 법원에 계류 중인 범법행위에 대해서는 거론하지 않을 것을 권고합니다. 회합의 비밀보장은 꼭 법적으로 보장을 받는 것은 아닙니다. 단도박 모임은 이런 문제에 대해 어떠한 보호도 해 줄 수 없습니다.
It is suggested that members do not discuss any crime for which they still may be prosecuted. Confidentiality is not necessarily a legal right, and the room itself others no protection regarding these matters.
4.모임 안에서나 밖에서 만약 부적절한 행위나 말을 하는 협심자가 있다면 후원자나 봉사자에게 말씀해 주십시오. 회합에 참석하는 동안 우리 모두가 안전하다고 느낄 수 있어야 합니다.
If a member demonstrates any inappropriate action, whether physical or verbal, in our outside of the meeting room, please tell a Trusted Servant and/or Sponsor. We all have the right to feel SAFE in the Program.
5.경험발표는 타인이 아닌 자기 자신의 감정과 생각, 경험만 이야기 하십시오. 절대 어떤 특정한 협심자에게 지도하려하거나 훈계하듯이 이야기 하지 마십시오. 특히 새로 나온 협심자에게는 더욱 조심하십시오. 그리고 발표시간은 3분에서 5분으로 제한해 주십시오.
Confine your therapy to your own feelings, thoughts, and experience. PLEASE DO NOT DIRECT YOUR THERAPY TO ANY ONE SPECIFIC PERSON, ESPECIALLY NEW MEMBERS. Try to limit your therapy to 3 to 5 minutes.
6.논쟁은 엄격하게 금합니다. 자기 차례가 아닌데 말을 하거나 다른 사람이 말하는 도중에 끼어들 때 논쟁이 일어납니다. 그러면 모임은 혼란스러워지고 나눌 차례가 된 사람에게 집중하지 못하게 됩니다.
Arguments are strictly prohibited. Arguments arise when speaking out of turn or interrupting someone during his or her turn to speak. When this occurs, the meeting becomes disorderly and unable to stay concentrated on whoever is sharing.
.7.질문을 삼가 해 주십시오. 경험을 나누는 일이 방해되지 않도록 질문은 모임이 끝난 뒤에 해 주십시오 Please refrain from asking questions until after the meeting to prevent disturbances in sharing.
8.당신의 경험발표시간을 제외하고는 모임 안팎에서 도박과 관련된 투기적인 행위들, 즉 스포츠 베팅, 증권, 게임, 쇼, 시합 등에 대해서 함께 이야기하는 것을 삼가 해 주십시오.
Other than in your therapy, please refrain from discussing sports betting, stocks, game shows, contests, or anything of a speculative nature.
9.회합 안에서 돈을 빌리거나 빌려주거나 하는 것은 절대 금지되어 있습니다. 즉시 후원자나 봉사자에게 알려주십시오. If anyone offers or asks you for money, refuse and notify a Trusted Servant and/or sponsor immediately.
10.우리 모임은 도박행위, 도박문제를 억제하기 위한 것이지 도박행위를 조절하기 위한 것이 아닙니다.
We are here to arrest our gambling problem, not to control it.
11.우리 모임은 경험발표와 코멘트, 스텦 미팅, 기념모임(잔치), 새 협심자 환영, 가족모임, 협심자와 가족이 함께 하는 공동모임을 실행합니다.
This is a (therapy/comment/step/anniversary/new person/open/combined) meeting.
12.협심자와 가족이 함께하는 공동모임에서는 코멘트는 금합니다.
(Combined meeting): No comments in a combined meeting.
13.그 외 회합에서는 경험담 발표 후 최대 세 분에게만 코멘트를 허용할 수 있습니다. 코멘트는 긍정적이고 건설적이어야 하며, 자신의 경험에만 국한되어야 합니다. 그리고 1분을 넘어서면 안 됩니다. 코멘트는 최소 30일 동안 도박을 하지 않은 사람에게만 허용됩니다. GA내규에 정한대로 충고나 훈계로 들리는 말은 삼가십시오. 당신이 “내 생각엔”이라는 말을 쓴다면 당신은 자신의 경험을 이야기 하는 것이 아니라 충고를 하고 있는 것입니다. 경험 발표 시 두 사람이 주고받는 대화나 토론은 허락되지 않습니다.
(Other meetings): Comments will be limited to a maximum of 3 per individual therapy. Comments must be constructive, relate to your own experience, and take no more than one minute. As a guideline, if you are using the words "I think" your comments, you are giving advice rather than relating to your own experience. No cross comments or discussion will be allowed. To make a comment, a member must have 30 days of abstinence.
